Data Scope

The v1 dataset covers curated records from supplementary tables across T1DM, T2DM, obesity, MASLD, MASH, insulin resistance, liver fibrosis, sarcopenia, and related physiological or disease contexts.

How to Use

  1. Select one or more disease models, or leave the field empty for all records.
  2. Enter a donor cell label such as adipocyte, islet beta cell, hepatocyte, or macrophage.
  3. Enter a recipient cell label to narrow the crosstalk direction.
  4. Review each result card for cargo, targets, effects, treatment notes, and source reference labels.
